Assistant Manager

Jimmy Johns Gourmet Sandwiches is looking for full time Assistant Managers for our newest location in Herndon, VA!

As an Assistant Manager you will work side by side with the owner to learn and manage all aspects of store operations the Jimmy Johns Way, while producing sandwiches freaky fast! Some qualities we are looking for:

• Ability to manage multiple situations effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Great interpersonal finesse
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and planning skills
• Team-building skills and leadership abilities
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload
• Retail/Customer Service experience is helpful
• College courses in business can take the place for some experience
• 18+ years old
