The Construction Project Manager is responsible for estimating (as needed), managing, and delivering DYWIDAG's repair and strengthening projects in a safe, efficient, compliant, and high-quality manner. The PM assumes full ownership of projects once awarded and ensures successful execution from handoff through closeout.
Using strong technical competence, construction acumen, and communication skills, the PM delivers projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with all contractual, regulatory, safety, union, and Davis-Bacon requirements. Work primarily includes structural repair and strengthening projects such as post-tensioning, CFRP, concrete repair, and specialty strengthening, within heavy civil and commercial infrastructure markets.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5+ years managing concrete repair and/or structural strengthening projects. Experience with heavy civil, bridge, DOT, or commercial infrastructure projects. Proven experience managing Davis-Bacon, prevailing wage, and union labor projects. Strong understanding of certified payroll, labor classifications, and compliance reporting. Ability to read and interpret construction contracts and engineering drawings. Proficiency with project management tools (Navision, CrewTracks, HCSS, Procore, MS Office, etc.) or ability to learn quickly. PMP, CCM, or similar project management certification. OSHA or equivalent safety training. ACI or ICRI certifications (Concrete Repair Technician, FRP Installer, etc.). Experience with LCPtracker, eMars, WH-347, Paycor, or Points North.

Travel RequirementsTravel as required to meet company and project needs. Ability to traverse active construction sites and varying environments.
Physical DemandsProlonged periods of sitting, standing, laptop use, etc. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
