Act as the primary technical escalation point for global publishers, diagnosing and resolving integration issues through advanced troubleshooting Lead technical onboarding and implementation of proprietary tools for high-value accounts, ensuring optimal revenue performance from day one Translate complex ad-tech concepts into actionable value propositions for non-technical customers, while providing structured feedback to internal Product/Engineering teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role such as Solution Engineer or Technical Account Manager Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) and strong English communication skills Practical knowledge of front-end web technologies, including JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and HTTP/Network protocols Prior experience with Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, Header Bidding, or Google Publisher Tags is highly preferred Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer empathy and effective communication
