About

Primary Responsibilities Work with internal and external resources to resolve user support issues. Assist users with Windows 10/11, Office365, VOIP, and computer setup and usage. Onboard new employees across a variety of platforms. Monitor and manage colleague technical issues through the FreshService ticket system. Monitor and manage IT assets across the enterprise and each asset’s lifecycle. Collaborate with teams to optimize the Cerity Partners technology platform. Assist in special projects such as M&A integration, phone system conversion, conference room setup, and more. Required Qualifications High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. 3–5+ years of experience in tier‑1 desktop support. Direct, daily interaction with users across a range of technical skill levels. Ability to work independently and with a geographically dispersed team. Strong problem‑solving skills and professional communication. Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new tools and platforms. Team player who embraces feedback for improvement. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus. Comfortable with occasional travel.
