Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Operations Manager to join our team. THR?W Social is the most exciting thing to hit the country and we want you to be part of our Miami team! As a Restaurant Operation Manager, your primary responsibility is the customer, ensuring that every guest has a wonderful experience. To be successful as an operations manager you should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. You should be someone who leads by example, both in how you interact with your team as well as how to support our guests. You will also assume a variety of responsibilities and duties such as recruiting and hiring restaurant staff, training, overseeing food quality, creating and executing operational strategies, enforcing menu standards, as well as greeting and serving restaurant guests, and supporting service.

Job duties include managing and overseeing the entire venue operation, delivering exceptional guest services, ensuring guest satisfaction, planning new and updating existing menus, planning and developing the overall restaurant marketing strategy, responding efficiently to customer questions and complaints, organizing and supervising shifts, managing and leading staff, developing hourly and salary staff, terminating employees when necessary, training and evaluating staff performance, managing food cost, forecast requirements, and maintaining inventory, managing restaurant supplies including small wares, controlling costs and minimizing waste, creating and nurturing a positive working environment, and implementing innovative strategies to improve productivity, sales, and food quality.

Job requirements include ideally 3-5+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role, ideally 3-5+ years of experience in customer service management, extensive food and wine knowledge, computer literacy, very detailed oriented, familiarity with restaurant management software, experience in event planning, strong leadership, motivational, and people skills, good financial management skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, team player, adapt to change, good time-management skills, great interpersonal and communication skills, culinary school diploma or BS degree in Business Administration.

Compensation: $70,000.00 per year
