Leading strategic initiatives and AI projects, the full-time IT Program Manager - Clinical Applications will manage complex workflows, translate business requirements into optimized solutions, and drive the adoption of innovative healthcare technologies while working remotely. Key responsibilities
Collaborates with IT leadership and business units to define business cases and requirements for technology-related solutions Coordinates project activities, providing technical direction to ensure compliance with design and quality standards Mentors IT team members in workflow and functionality, enhancing existing systems and processes
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field Typically requires 7 years of progressively responsible experience in information systems with technical or project management exposure Epic EHR certification with hands-on experience in core applications Strong understanding of software architecture and healthcare standards Demonstrated experience leading complex, high-visibility projects from concept through execution
