Project Manager

Job Location: Boston, MA 02108 Onsite Day 1

Job Duration: 6 Month contract, with 1 year renewals

Experience and Required Skills:

8 to 12 years related experience in project and program management with a proven track record of successful delivery of effective programs; or a masters degree with 6 years experience; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent directly related work experience.

Strong experience in defining program structure and plan for medium to large size programs

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; capable of driving collaborative discussions with all levels of the organization (Operations, Legal, Compliance, IT, and C Suite Executives)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment

Understand current technologies in the healthcare industry

Must be proficient in the use of project management tools to develop schedules, allocate resources, and track progress.
