Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 1-3 years of relevant experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or telecommunications Foundational understanding of communication systems and/or call center operations Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
