About

YAS Networks is seeking a mid-level Network Engineer & Administrator to join our team in Tysons, VA. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure and datacenter environments for our clients. You will work hands‑on with routing, switching, firewalls, servers, and systems — serving as a critical technical resource across client deployments and internal operations. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in network engineering and administration Strong knowledge of routing and switching (Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent) Hands‑on datacenter experience: rack & stack, structured cabling, power management Windows Server and Linux system administration skills Experience with firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA) Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V) Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus CCNA or equivalent certification required; CCNP preferred Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills Ability to work on‑site in Tysons, VA and travel to client sites as needed Benefits Competitive salary and performance bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development and certification reimbursement (CCNP, CCIE, etc.) Exposure to enterprise and datacenter environments
