We deliver a studio experience like no otherand we need a Sales Manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-vibe environments where passion and performance drive everything. Who Were Looking For: We especially encourage candidates who have prior success selling high-ticket memberships in boutique fitness to apply. A college degree is preferred, but a strong sales track record and passion for fitness are what matter most. This position could be a great fit for local stay-at-home parents looking to engage in meaningful, flexible workbut it does require consistent availability Tuesday -Saturday, including Saturday mornings . What You'll Do Drive new member acquisition through sales conversations, lead follow-up, and in-studio interactions Deliver an exceptional first experience that inspires guests to join and stay Represent Rumble at local events, community pop-ups, and partnership activations Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed membership goals Maintain high-energy customer service that keeps the studio buzzing and members coming back Contribute to marketing efforts and local brand growth What You Bring Prior experience in a sales-focused role ( fitness industry preferred; boutique studio sales highly preferred ) A results-driven mindset and confidence in your ability to close Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills you love building relationships Professional polish and the ability to represent a premium brand Energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for fitness A flexible, can-do attitude and a strong sense of accountability What You Get $25$30/hour + uncapped commission Free unlimited Rumble membership you'll live the brand A stable Tuesday - Saturday schedule that keeps you connected to the industry without overcommitting your time Growth opportunities within a national boutique fitness brand Ongoing support, mentorship, and sales training A fun, driven, team-based culture where your contributions matter Ready to bring the Rumble experience to life?
