The Role

This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for his/her assigned clients. S(he) is responsible for fostering and strengthening the relationship between clients and Regent while overseeing all activities relevant to the clients' financial aid offices and the utilization of Regent products. The role requires close collaboration with clients to address any overarching concerns regarding product usage and to develop expertise in maximizing the value of licensed products within each environment. A thorough understanding of the clients' financial aid operations is essential to provide optimal guidance on leveraging Regent solutions effectively. Regular meetings will be held with clients to establish success criteria and measurable objectives throughout the year. The ideal candidate will assist clients in identifying priorities that drive the most significant improvements in their financial aid operations. This position is remote (work from home), with a travel requirement of up to 10%.

Core Responsibilities
  • Monitor client requests and assist clients in prioritizing needs based on overall impact
  • Coordinate internally and collaborate with other departments to ensure effective execution and delivery
  • Assess current client solutions to maximize performance and proactively enhance the use of licensed products
  • Analyze clients' resource allocation requirements to optimize utilization of Regent products and establish benchmarks for ongoing measurement
  • Ensure clients serve as strong references for future Regent sales initiatives
  • Maintain secure communication channels with clients to facilitate continuous feedback and support regarding product strategy and roadmap
  • Lead timely operational reviews to identify best practices and provide guidance across the full suite of Regent products to support clients' financial aid operations
  • Build strategic partnerships with clients to encourage participation in beta programs and ongoing product development efforts
  • Secure long-term commitments from clients to support continued growth in product adoption and license renewal
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' short-term and long-term objectives within their financial aid departments
  • Take ownership of client success and proactively escalate any challenges impacting success to leadership, as appropriate
Work Experience and Core Competencies

Demonstrated analytical abilities, including comprehensive understanding of client business needs and the capability to translate them into application and operational requirements within the financial aid sector. Previous experience working in an financial aid office at a higher education institution. Expertise in overseeing clients and engaging with executive leadership. Proven background in collaborating with clients in dynamic development settings. Experience managing complex business systems and integration initiatives. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, facilitating professional interactions with executives, managers, developers, and subject matter experts from diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving operational challenges, offering strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities. Exhibits a solid work ethic and a collaborative team approach, paired with a dedication to client satisfaction. Skilled at prioritizing tasks while handling multiple projects and thriving in fast-paced environments. Detail-oriented and quick thinking, with the ability to protect sensitive company data and uphold confidentiality. Confidence in communication, comfortable presenting to large audiences. Driven by results, consistently achieving deadlines and demonstrating a track record of success.
