Job description About the role: We are seeking a Solutions Engineer who combines strong technical expertise with exceptional client‑facing skills. In this role, you will partner closely with customers to understand their business needs, design and deliver tailored solutions, and execute seamless end‑to‑end implementations. As the bridge between customers, product, engineering, and customer success, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth integrations and measurable client impact.
Responsibilities Client Engagement & Requirement Gathering
Meet with clients to deeply understand their business needs, data structures, and integration requirements.
Translate client discussions into clear technical scopes, solution designs, and execution plans.
Technical Implementation
Design and execute data transfer, transformation, and integration workflows between Bayzat and client systems.
Work with APIs, data modeling, and automation tools (e.g., n8n) to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve integration or data‑related issues to ensure smooth deployments.
Pre‑Sales Support
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Expansion teams during the sales cycle to design tailored solutions that demonstrate Bayzat’s technical capabilities.
Develop and deliver product demos, prototypes, and proof‑of‑concepts that address client requirements.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to prospects, ensuring feasibility and setting realistic expectations.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with Customer Expansion, Customer Success, and internal teams to ensure clients meet contractual obligations, including payment milestones.
Liaise with Product and Engineering teams to elevate and resolve technical dependencies.
Provide structured feedback from client implementations to improve product features and integration capabilities.
Project Ownership
Own the full lifecycle of solution delivery, from requirements gathering through go‑live.
Document processes, maintain knowledge bases, and ensure smooth handovers to internal teams.
Deliver client solutions on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in data structures, data modeling, and system integrations.
Hands‑on experience with APIs, automation tools (preferably n8n, Zapier, or equivalent), and data transformation.
Proven ability to understand technical complexities and explain them in simple terms to non‑technical stakeholders.
Prior experience in a customer‑facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, Integration Specialist).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently in fast‑paced environments.
Proficiency in AI‑driven tools, workflows, or solution design.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred.
