Ideally you will have 5+ years commercial experience working on all project stages from feasibility and design to construction management and handover.
You will have experience ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to project deadlines whilst assisting with preparing detailed contract documents and manage project schedules and costs.
You will help to ensure full compliance with Building Regulations and quality management systems (ISO 9001).
To be successful in this role you will also need to have strong technical proficiency in AutoCad and REVIT with a deep understanding of construction techniques, building regulations and current industry products.
