We are looking for an Solutions Architect for an 6 Month Day Rate Contract on a hybrid basis in Dublin.
Job description
- the role Deloitte is looking for Solutions Architect role to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions aligned with client business goals, while bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
The role focuses on driving innovative, cost-effective architectures and enabling digital transformation through modern technologies and best practices to create sustainable client value.
What you'll do; Design end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business goals, enterprise architecture, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to define solution architecture and roadmap.
Lead the evaluation and selection of technologies, platforms, and tools to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Ensure scalability, security, performance, and reliability across solution designs.
Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the development lifecycle, including governance and design reviews.
Drive integration strategies across systems, applications, and third-party services.
Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints, and provide mitigation strategies.
Support digital transformation initiatives leveraging cloud, data, and emerging technologies.
The skills you'll need: Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role within complex enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) and modern architecture patterns (microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture).
Solid understanding of application development, integration, and infrastructure design.
Experience with security, compliance, and architectural governance frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies and tools.
Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect) preferred.
Technical & Ways of Working Experience working in consulting environments or with global enterprise clients.
Exposure to industry-specific solutions (e.g., financial services, healthcare, retail, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
