You will lead the delivery of a high-density residential development in North Dublin.
This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for the successful delivery of a high-density apartment project from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
The role requires strong commercial, technical, and operational expertise, with a focus on programme delivery, quality, health & safety, stakeholder management, and project profitability.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage project delivery teams, ensuring projects are adequately resourced and aligned with programme and budget objectives.
Develop and implement project execution plans, procurement strategies, governance processes, and risk management frameworks.
Drive programme delivery through effective management of subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and key project stakeholders.
Manage design coordination and ensure timely production of information to support procurement and construction activities.
Ensure compliance with all health & safety, environmental, planning, and building regulations.
Champion quality standards and modern construction methodologies, including off-site manufacturing where appropriate.
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, statutory authorities, and local communities.
Candidate Requirements: Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Proven experience with reputable contractors in Project Manager or Contracts Manager roles.
Strong track record managing projects valued between €10m and €50m.
Experience delivering high-density residential or apartment developments is highly desirable.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
Commercially astute with excellent technical knowledge of residential construction.
Demonstrated commitment to health & safety, quality standards, and operational excellence.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building abilities. xyswxtq
