A Systems Administrator manages an organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring systems are running smoothly and securely. They install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and hardware components. Systems Administrators monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data backups and security protocols are in place.Skills Needed: - Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix) - Experience with server and network administration tools - Understanding of cybersecurity best practices - Problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues - Familiarity with virtualization technologies - Scripting skills for automation tasks - Communication skills for end-user support and collaboration with IT teams
