Advises on workforce and HR data reporting. Collects, organizes, analyzes, and interprets specialized HR data sets, including but not limited to recruitment, staffing, retirement, separations. Collects, cleans, and analyzes data; creates visualizations; and develops and tests hypotheses using tools like SAS, R, or SPSS. Uses business intelligence tools to generate reports and communicate statistical insights to non-technical audiences.
