Responsibilities The Network Administrator designs, installs, configures, and maintains the organization’s LAN, server, workstations, printers, and other hardware. The role requires strong teamwork, leadership, and a results‑focused approach to enable more effective business operation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Configure and maintain the existing environment including physical and virtual servers, workstations, network, software, and other systems
Design and implement infrastructure solutions for enterprise environments
Develop procedures and documentation
Provide training to staff and employees on systems support and operation
Ensure and validate compliance with applicable policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks
Prepare and test new applications for deployment
Manage communications with third‑party vendors
Interface with end‑users, management, and in‑house team members
Track and install updates and new versions of software as needed
Be located in Tulsa, OK; be willing to travel domestically and internationally as required
Participate in the on‑call rotation as required
Perform other duties and projects assigned
Technical Qualifications
Windows Server technologies, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Remote Desktop Services
Microsoft 365 platform including Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune
Microsoft SQL Server
Virtualization using VMware, Hyper‑V, or other enterprise technologies
Storage Area Networks
Tier 1 server hardware including blade and standalone servers in a data‑center environment
TCP/IP, IPSec VPN, MPLS, firewalls, air‑gap networks and other networking technologies
Managing, monitoring, and alerting using industry‑standard technology
Professional Qualifications
Good organization skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently, while achieving deadlines and effectively communicating project status
Effective oral and written communication skills, including strong technical communication skills to effectively interface with both Operations and Information Services Personnel
Good analytical and problem‑solving skills, including crisis management and resolution
Ability to collaborate and work in a team‑oriented work environment
Strong decision‑making abilities
Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions
Must be able to pass a 10‑year Background/Criminal check and pre‑employment drug screen
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Experience and Education
At least 3 years in Server or Network Administration
Experience in medium or large IT environments
Experience in a regulated IT environment, meeting one or more compliance frameworks
Vendor certification such as MCSE, CCNA, VCP or similar is beneficial
Industry certification from organizations such as ICCP, ISACA, ITIL, ISC2 or similar is beneficial
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
