About the Role: Must be able to answer inbound customer calls, email, and chat inquiries in a timely and productive manner. Must be able to maintain a strong relationship and communication between EMS and our client’s account procedures and managing priorities. Qualifications
Essential Skills: Above average customer service skills Strong written and verbal skills with customers and co-workers Computer knowledge and Internet skills Strong time management skills are a must Friendly and energetic attitude Ability to navigate through multiple computer screens/tabs Quick learner who enjoys troubleshooting and problem solving skills Ability to work both as an individual and a team member Desirable Skills: Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards Must be familiar with phone Apps, Internet, Email and Microsoft Office At least 6 months call center experience preferred, but not required Variety of shifts available, must be available at least 1 weekend shift High School Diploma or equivalent Additional Information
