Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls and respond promptly to service inquiries
Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services
Convert inbound calls into scheduled jobs through consultative selling
Accurately document job details and customer information
Coordinate and assign jobs to production managers
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
Coordinate hand-off of specified leads to Business Development Team for follow up
Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the intake process
Qualifications
Strong communication and phone-based sales skills
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections
Organized with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments preferred
Success Metrics
Call conversion rate
Revenue generated from inbound calls
Customer satisfaction and response time
Accuracy of job intake and scheduling
Commission/bonus incentive for job conversions that originate by phone

Compensation: $48,000.00 per year
