Schedule Reality- Closed every Sunday
- Closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
- The days leading up to major holidays are some of our highest-volume days and require full leadership presence
- Weekend availability is required

What You'll Do- Help lead daily operations of a high-volume bakery caf
- Execute labor and food cost controls
- Coach and develop shift leaders and team members
- Protect food quality and guest experience standards
- Maintain compliance and operational discipline
- Step up when the GM is off-site
This role supports the General Manager and strengthens the store - not competes with it.
