This role focuses on supporting hardware emulation platforms through installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting at customer sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. A BS or MS in a related field is required, along with experience in Linux/Unix systems and hardware troubleshooting. Domestic and international travel may be required for service events.
