This is a full-time, hybrid Sales role. We are based in Phoenix, AZ, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home flexibility. We have sales in most major metro areas of North America (including Canada), and will gladly consider Sales Professionals based anywhere in North America. The Sales professional will identify and qualify prospective clients, schedule meetings, and deliver consultative presentations on IdentiBrands’ print, promo, apparel, web design, and brand management solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing a pipeline of opportunities, preparing proposals and quotes, following up on leads, and closing new and renewal business. The role involves building strong relationships with existing accounts, understanding their branding needs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services. The Sales professional will also maintain CRM records, track performance against targets, and participate in ongoing training to stay current on product offerings and industry trends. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships. Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing business in a B2B environment. Experience in Sales Management or leading sales initiatives, including forecasting, reporting, and supporting team goals. Ability to deliver Training and product demos to clients and internal stakeholders as needed. Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Phoenix, AZ, with reliable self-management and time management skills - or on-site. Basic understanding of branding, marketing, or related services (print, promo, or digital) is preferred. Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software for tracking activities and preparing proposals. Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in sales, business, marketing, or a related field.
