About

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Level 2 NOC Systems Administrator with a Windows focus will administer Windows servers, troubleshoot complex issues, and monitor system performance while managing incident tickets and documentation. Key responsibilities
Administer Windows development, test, and production servers, including patching and OS hardening Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Windows OS and server connectivity Perform daily monitoring of Windows systems and initiate proactive remediation for performance issues
Required qualifications
BA/BS degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination Strong experience with Windows troubleshooting and server administration Ability to support 24/7 operations and rotating shifts U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required Linux credentials may be beneficial if permitted
