What this role looks like day to day:
Building relationships with shippers and opening new doors
Quoting, negotiating, and winning freight
Working closely with carriers to keep them engaged and informed
Partnering with our operations team to make sure every load runs smoothly
Staying sharp, staying organized, and moving with the market
What we're looking for:
Experience in truckload brokerage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Someone who understands the importance of both customer and carrier relationships
Must live in Northern New Jersey
