Location: Buffalo, NY | Employment Type: Full‑Time
Salary Range: $50K–$55K (DOE)
Responsibilities
Assist customers at the counter, through email and over the phone
Provide product support, order entry, and basic quotes
Build relationships with contractors and walk‑in customers
Support daily inside sales and warehouse coordination
Learn electrical products through hands‑on training
Qualifications
Strong customer service and people skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Organized and dependable
Electrical or construction experience a plus (not required)
Pay & Benefits
$50K–$55K (DOE)

Candidates must be able to handle substantial walking and lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
