Mercor is looking for a Level 3 / Tier 3 network support engineer based in Plainfield, Illinois. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for ensuring infrastructure remains stable and online while working with data pipelines and machine learning technologies. Your duties include reviewing deployed network data, analyzing issues, and writing scripts to enhance data processing. Candidates should have strong scripting experience in Python and other languages, as well as familiarity with enterprise networking systems.
