The Senior Data Analyst role at Blackstone is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in data visualization. This position allows you to work closely with data engineers and investment professionals, tackling unique challenges and making a real impact from the start. What You’ll Do Assess analytics goals and build scalable data solutions. Drive the adoption of data visualization best practices. Work with data leads across the firm to enhance relationships. Facilitate proof‑of‑concept engagements and manage project resources. Improve standard operating procedures related to data visualization. Participate in sprint planning and daily standups. Optimize data products for performance and scalability. What You Need 8+ years of experience in data visualization and analytics. Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Strong skills in SQL or Python for handling large data sets. Ability to mentor junior team members. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills for engaging with technical and business teams. Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative field is preferred.
