BEST STAFF TO RESIDENT RATIO IN THE AREA!! Key Responsibilities As a CNA on the team, you'll be tasked with:
Providing care and education to the residents according to their Care Plan Assisting with new admits, transfers, and discharges Communicating with the nursing department and other departments to ensure residents' needs are met Answering residents' Call Lights promptly Other duties as assigned Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Everyone wants to know they're making a difference, and the right team will give you the tools you need to succeed in having that impact.
