Executing thorough patient assessments, ordering necessary diagnostics, and formulating personalized treatment plans. Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic health concerns either independently or in collaboration with physicians (based on your credentials). Instructing patients and their families regarding wellness, prevention, and effective disease management. Prescribing necessary medications and therapies as outlined by your scope of practice. Engaging in patient follow-ups and the management of long-term health conditions. Working alongside interdisciplinary teams to provide seamless, comprehensive care. Ensuring complete and correct documentation within electronic medical record systems. Your Educational Background
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited institution. Graduated from a recognized Nurse Practitioner program. Necessary Certifications
Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Colorado. National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or equivalent). Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or capability to secure within 90 days). Skills That Distinguish You
