Were hiring a Hardware Support Engineer for our Arizona office. This is a hands-on, in-office role focused on:Supporting clients and internal teamsIntegrating hardware and software systemsTroubleshooting and testing monitoring solutionsYoull join a collaborative and skilled team, working on impactful projects worldwide. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with clients and internal teamsManage client support tickets through internal systemsLearn and utilize:CRBasic programming (Campbell Scientific devices) Training providedMLBasic Proprietary language for MLBase/MLRemote hardwareIntegrate instrumentation with MLSuite software:Research instrument capabilitiesDefine technical requirementsDocument integration methodologiesPerform thorough testing of hardware and softwareProvide ongoing technical supportPreferred Qualifications
Strong technical troubleshooting abilitySolid understanding of electronicsFamiliarity with:Serial communication protocolsWi-Fi networking & configurationTCP/UDP network protocolsBinary and hexadecimal mathCRBasic programming (preferred, not required)Ideal Candidate Traits
