About
Assess and manage patient care plans, ensuring quality and compliance with healthcare standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide effective patient care. Act as a patient advocate to ensure their needs and preferences are met. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with guidelines. Participate in orientation and training programs.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
A minimum of 2 years of acute care experience. Current RN license for the state of California. Experience with Epic charting system is highly preferred. Charge experience is a plus, but first-timers accepted with clinical approval.
