About
Perform comprehensive audiological evaluations for primarily adult patients. Provide patient-centered care following all audiology best practices, including verification, validated outcome measures, and evidence-based treatment pathways. Manage and treat tinnitus, hyperacusis, misophonia, and sound-tolerance disorders (training available for the right candidate). Counsel patients and families with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. Fit and program hearing instruments using real-ear verification and evidence-based protocols. Collaborate with the owner and clinical team to ensure continuity of care and strong patient outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and follow all compliance protocols. Participate in ongoing learning, case discussions, and process improvements within the clinic.

Requirements:
Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) required Eligible for/holding Massachusetts audiology licensure Experience with adult diagnostics and hearing aid fitting strongly preferred Interest in TRT, misophonia, or sound-tolerance disorders (training available)
Benefits:
