We are seeking a Manager, VBC Analytics to lead a team responsible for delivering data-driven insights that support Value-Based Care (VBC) performance. This role combines advanced analytics, technical data expertise, and leadership to drive provider performance measurement, cost management, and quality improvement initiatives within a cloud-based analytics environment. Key Responsibilities
Lead development of analytics, reporting, and data solutions supporting VBC contracts and performance management Translate business needs into scalable data solutions using SQL and modern data platforms Oversee delivery of provider performance reporting, cost analytics, and executive dashboards Partner with clinical, network, and technology teams to design and implement VBC programs Ensure data accuracy, governance, and alignment across internal and external reporting Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial and clinical outcomes Manage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and data professionals Qualifications
5+ years of experience in analytics, healthcare, or value-based care Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and transformation Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud data environments (e.g., BigQuery) Experience working with large, complex datasets (claims, provider, or healthcare data preferred) Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Why Join Us

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
