The ideal candidate must be proficient in Open Heart procedures and possess the required certifications. This role involves floating between facilities and has guaranteed hours during peak periods. ResponsibilitiesAssist in various types of open heart surgeries including AVR, MVR, CABG, Bentall, and Dissection. Work collaboratively with a team comprised of Charge Nurses, Surgical Technologists, and health care aides. Maintain a 30-minute response time for on-call duties. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum 1 year of current acute care CVOR Tech experience. BLS, NBSTA, and DORA Certifications (must be in hand). Proficiency in Open Heart procedures.
