About
Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling and coordination of home visits and patient care as needed. Provide support in the preparation and maintenance of reports and documentation related to patient care and referral processes. Other Duties: Projects or tasks assigned by House Calls Management QualificationsPatient Focus: Prioritizes the needs of patients/members in all actions and decisions.
