About
Conduct inpatient rounds and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams Provide consultations and manage referrals to other specialists as needed Complete specialty exams (e.g., compensation & pension, Agent Orange evaluations) related to urological conditions Deliver patient education, discharge planning, and follow-up care instructions Adhere to VA policies regarding medication management and clinical documentation Maintain timely patient care in accordance with VA access and scheduling standards QualificationsLicense: The Contractor's physician(s) assigned by the Contractor to perform the services covered by this contract shall have a current license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia when services are performed onsite on VA property. A North Dakota license is preferred but not required Board Certification: All contractor's physician(s) shall be Board Certified /Board Eligible by the American Board of Urology (ABU) Copies of degrees and accreditations National Provider ID (NPI) Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Card Malpractice and medical liability insurance certificates Proof the provider has successful completion of an approved residency program in Urology during which 3 years were devoted to Urological surgery Annual Office of Inspector General (OIG) Statement Copies of Advance Cardiac Life Support/Basic Life Support (ACLS/BLS) Certifications
