Job Description This position is for a Physical Therapist (PT) working Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, averaging 35 hours per week with no weekend rotation. The PT provides rehabilitation services in a 100-bed skilled nursing facility (SNF), helping residents recover from illness, injury, or surgery. The role focuses on improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence through individualized therapy programs. Requirements: Candidates must hold an active Physical Therapist license in the applicable state and have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or PT). Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings is preferred. Strong clinical assessment skills and familiarity with rehabilitation treatment planning and electronic medical record documentation are required.
