Bread-and-butter ENT with a broad case mix (adult & pediatric patients) High-growth opportunity supported by a strong referral base Balanced schedule with clinic, OR, and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) time Autonomy to build and scale own practice Backed by a large ENT network offering mentorship and collaboration Monday–Friday clinical work schedule Hospital call: ~7 days per month, call responsibilities include phone consults, inpatient coverage, and minor procedures Visa sponsorship available
Compensation & Incentives

Candidate Qualifications
MD or DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible Open to AMG and FMG candidates Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment Open to all experience levels, including new graduates Interest in building a practice in a community setting Team-oriented, collaborative, and patient-focused
