Lead day-to-day production activities within a precision manufacturing environment
Coordinate workflow and assist with scheduling to maintain production efficiency
Anticipate and resolve operational issues before they impact production
Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and employee support
Provide supervisor coverage as needed and support departmental objectives
Train, coach, and mentor team members on processes and best practices
Promote a strong safety culture and address potential safety concerns proactively
Communicate effectively with production personnel, leadership, and support departments
Assist with continuous improvement efforts and operational performance
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in aerospace, machining, or other high-precision manufacturing environments
Prior leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced production environment
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and exercise sound judgment
High School Diploma or GED required
