Shifts: Days (6:15am-2:30pm), Evenings (2:15pm - 10:30pm), and Nights (10:15pm to 6:30am) Location: Oneonta, NY Rate: $28 to $37/HR (based on experience) Competitive Sign-On Bonus!

Primary Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments Monitor resident conditions and report changes Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and support team workflows Maintain accurate clinical documentation Ensure compliance with safety and infection control policies
Qualifications:
Active NYS LPN license CPR certification Long-term care experience preferred
