The function of the Inside Sales and Support Rep is to provide direct support to the Sales Organization in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers to ensure that the Company can meet its growth targets. Essential Functions Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Understand customer needs and requirements Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas on light touch assigned accounts Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. Maintain and expand your database of prospects (CRM) Coordinate and compile proposals, RFQ responses, and presentations under general direction of Sales Executives Download bid, upload response and maintain point of contact with customer for electronic bid events Data maintenance within CRM application in support of sales activities as necessary Qualifications
Qualifications High school diploma Proven inside sales experience Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools Experience working with a CRM Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Strong attention to detail Manage time effectively (multi-tasking is not a good business practice) Proficient in Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
