Work as part of an interdisciplinary team, collaborating closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, family members, and caregivers to devise effective care strategies. Provide educational resources for patients and families, promoting progress during and beyond your clinical sessions. Incorporate occasional inpatient evaluations and speech therapy interventions, ensuring a cohesive continuum of care throughout the entire treatment process. Ensure precise documentation that complies with state, federal, and organizational standards. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is not yet achieved. Certifications
State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hiring. Skills
