The posted compensation range of $66.26 - $98.56 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law. Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Pharmacy Operations Manager, you will help the Director of Pharmacy guide and direct pharmacy services in a growing facility so they can contribute to the provision of high-quality care at Dignity Health. Every day you will serve as a leader of pharmacy initiatives and provide direction and supportive resources regarding the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department. You will be expected to reduce harm to patients, improve patient outcomes, assure departmental competency and compliance to all regulatory and hospital standards of care, and implement and administer fiscal operations, including accounting, planning budgets, and authorizing expenditures. To be successful in this role, you must be dynamic, excited about customer service, passionate about the health and wellbeing of our patients and employees, implement a service culture based on continuous quality improvement, and be able to provide expert pharmaceutical care assistance to colleagues.

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required. Advanced or Master's degree preferred (e.g., Pharm.D.). Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Pharmacist in an acute care setting. Doctor of Pharmacy with minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Pharmacist Masters with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership position or pharmacy residency completed Pharmacist AZ license Registered Pharmacist license. Oversight for an acute care facility requires licensure in the state in which you practice.
