About the Job Alphanumeric is hiring an OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST to work in Lumberton, NC, with an innovative and compassionate leader in pediatric therapy. Salary Range:$70,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually We're seeking passionate Occupational Therapists (OTR & COTA) who want to transform children's lives while enjoying flexibility, mentorship, and professional growth. Here, your work is purposeful, your schedule is flexible, and your professional development is fully supported. Flexible Scheduling Options: Start as early as 7:00 AM and finish by 6:00 PM. Traditional 5-day schedule, four 10-hour days, or customized schedule. Part-time opportunities available with option to grow to full-time. Compensation options: hourly or pay-per-visit. Competitive Compensation: OTR: $70,000 - $85,000 annually depending on experience ($33.65 - $40.87 per hour). COTA: Pay-per-visit model ($10/unit). Flexible pay models to match your career goals.
