Support surgical procedures by preparing and managing the operating room efficiently Ensure sterile fields are maintained and embrace strict infection control standards Assist surgeons and surgical assistants with instrument and supply distribution Effectively manage surgical equipment throughout the procedure lifecycle Monitor inventory to guarantee each surgery has readily available supplies Work collaboratively with nurses, anesthesiologists, and other surgical personnel Maintain precise surgical counts and relevant documentation Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory Certifications Needed:
Active CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is required BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire) Essential Skills and Attributes:
