Key Responsibilities:
Collect blood specimens and prepare samples for laboratory testing. Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection following standard procedures. Ensure accurate documentation and maintain patient confidentiality. Provide excellent patient service and explain procedures professionally. Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment. Complete daily tasks accurately and on time with minimal supervision. Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Medical Assistant, Paramedic, or related medical training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, and WA). Minimum 6 months of experience; 1+ year of phlebotomy experience preferred. Strong pediatric and geriatric blood draw skills. Customer service and data entry experience required. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Flexible to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call shifts as needed.
