Float Dental Practice Coordinator Join our team as a Practice Coordinator and be part of an environment that truly values patient care and teamwork. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly while creating a welcoming experience for every patient who walks through the door. You'll work alongside a supportive, high-performing team that's focused on doing great work and helping each other succeed. If you're looking for a role where what you do actually makes a difference, this is it. What Your Day Looks Like As a Practice Coordinator, no two days are exactly the same. You'll greet patients, help them feel comfortable, and make sure their visit starts off on the right note. You'll manage scheduling, keep patient records up to date, and work closely with the clinical team to keep everything flowing efficiently. You'll also handle phones, answer questions, and take care of day-to-day administrative tasks. When challenges come up (and they will), you'll jump in to help find solutions and keep things moving. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and great with people. You should be comfortable juggling multiple tasks, paying attention to details, and communicating clearly with both patients and team members.
2–3 years of dental front office experience required Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Problem-solver with a positive, team-first attitude
