Schedule: Clinic Practice setting: Outpatient Types of cases: Management of dialysis patients, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy, Hemodialysis, Peritoneal. Management of post-renal transplants preferred. Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC Certifications required: Board certification Licensure required: Active Montanan license or Interstate Medical License Compact
