About
Essential Functions:
Generate the Program Documents and coordinate/participate in forums (e.g., SIEWG, RMT, JEWG, RWG).Work to establish requirements for tracking and tracing infrastructure across the enterprise.Develop processes and plans for down-selects. Coordinate down-select actions with M&Os and track progress.Participate as a member on Technology Realization Teams and Product Realization Teams for components and sub-systems as assigned. Provide status of TRT/PRT activities, issues, accomplishments, and risks.Apply systems engineering principles (such as requirements and interface management, risk management, work breakdown structure, decision analysis) for the development and maintenance of an integrated program baseline.Attend and participate in Project Officer Group and sub-group meetings (joint DoD/NNSA) and within guidance provided by the Lead Engineer and/or FPM.Assist Federal Program Office (FPO) with implementation of the Program Execution Instruction.Provide programmatic interface with DoD, Design Agencies and Production Agencies.Contributing to or leading assessments of current and needed capability and capacity of the NNSA weapons production complex for the W93 Program and recommend necessary facility and resource planning based on this information.
Minimum Qualifications:
Current, active DOE Q Clearance/Top Secret Clearance with ability to acquire SCI.Bachelor's degree in management or business-related field. Eight (8) years of relevant experience is equivalent to a four (4) year bachelor's degree.Minimum ten (10) years of government experienceSuperior communication, organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in project management or PMP Certification.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
LOCATION: This is a full-time on-site position in Washington, DC 20585, Germantown, MD 20874 or Albuquerque, NM 87123 USA

SALARY: Salaries are determined based on several factors including external market data, internal equity, and the candidate's related knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position. The salary range for this position is $205-215K.
